Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, we will gladly offer a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase from collectionco.co, excluding the original shipping cost. Gifts with purchases (free items) in your order are not eligible for a return or exchange. Any product labeled as "final sale" on the product page is also not eligible for a return or exchange.

If you are instructed to ship your return, there is no restocking fee, and you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy.

If you purchased outside of collectionco.co, please contact your point of purchase, as they should honor their return policy. We cannot issue refunds if a purchase was not made on our website. If your point of purchase isn't assisting, please contact our Customer Support Team with your receipt and details at lovelipstick@collectionco.co

U.S. & UK

To start a return, you can contact us at lovelipstick@collectionco.co. If your return is accepted. From there, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days to see it reflected on your original form of payment. If you opt-in for exchange, we'll issue you a store credit to purchase a new product.
